Exchanges & Returns

If you are unhappy with your goods for any reason, Sphere & Turret will offer an exchange or refund on unworn/unsuitable items, providing they are returned in an unused condition. Any items which are being returned, we would ask that it was within 28 days of purchasing the item. If your goods have a manufacturing fault we would be happy to exchange/refund the payment back to you but again, the goods need to be returned in a suitable timescale and will be inspected when they are returned to us.

All return postage will be payable by the customer unless the goods they have bought are faulty.

All returns will be sent to our head office: Cumming Leven Ltd, 8 Sea Road, Methil, Fife, KY8 3JW.

We will try and refund your payment the same day that we receive the goods back, please note it may take 3-5 working days for you to see the payment back in your bank account.
